No. 40 · Stretching Out
The verse
Wind under the tree sets the leaves talking;
look up once and the world is wide.
What it means
Nature has a way of helping us relax. Today suits stepping outside to look at the sky, trees or plants; even a few minutes can loosen body and mind, and your breathing will ease with them.
Something to do today
- Walk outside for ten minutes and notice one tree or patch of sky.
