No. 08 · Digging Deep
The verse
A deep well is not dug in a day;
a long, slow stream runs sweet.
What it means
Real skill comes from repeated effort. Today suits going a little further in a field you already know, not looking for novelty but making the fundamentals more solid.
Something to do today
- For a skill you are learning, practise one basic move three times.
