The verse
When you drink, remember who dug the well;
look back and see the support along the way.
What it means
Looking back on the road so far often reveals a lot of quiet help. Today suits thinking of the people and things you are grateful for; expressing thanks softens your own heart and adds warmth to the day.
Something to do today
- Write down three things you are grateful for today.
- Say thank you to someone who has helped you.
