No. 55 · Stone Steps
The verse
Step by step up the stone stairs;
look back and you are halfway up the mountain.
What it means
Small progress deserves to be seen. Today suits looking back at what you recently finished and giving yourself some credit; it becomes strength to keep going and makes you kinder to yourself.
Something to do today
- List three small things you finished this week, and give yourself a round of applause.
