No. 30 · Loosening
The verse
A clenched fist cannot catch anything;
open the hand and the moon fills your arms.
What it means
Knots with others or with yourself need not come undone all at once. Today suits loosening one a little, such as no longer replaying the blame, or offering one small gesture of goodwill.
Something to do today
- For something you keep dwelling on, write one sentence about being willing to let it go.
