No. 28 · Building Trust Slowly
The verse
Bricks and tiles are laid one by one;
trust, too, is built from small things.
What it means
Trust is built from many small promises kept. Today suits carefully keeping one small commitment you made, and giving others some time to build trust as well.
Something to do today
- Check what you have recently promised others, and complete one of those things today.
Sanwen’s 60 fortune sticks are original modern verses written for this site, not a traditional temple set.
