The verse
A fence around the garden does not turn guests away;
flowers with borders grow at peace.
What it means
Setting a boundary is not coldness; it makes everyone more at ease. Today, notice which requests feel like a strain, and practise gently explaining what you can and cannot do.

- When a request is more than you can manage, practise saying "I can't this time".
